Connectors service terms

These terms cover your Lumika Connectors workspace and prepaid transaction balance.

Your account

You must control the email address used to register and be authorized to manage any client systems, provider accounts, and communications you connect. Keep your API keys private. Follow each provider’s consent, messaging-window, and acceptable-use rules.

Free credit and transaction prices

A newly verified account receives $10 of promotional credit once. Promotional credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be used to bypass account limits. Creating additional accounts to obtain repeat credit is prohibited.

Live inbound and outbound messages cost $0.005 per Connector message. A basic inbound or outbound call start costs $0.02. Test transactions are free. Provider carrier, delivery, number rental, email, and voice-minute fees are separate and are paid directly to your provider. AI generation is not included.

Prepaid balance

Top-ups are one-time payments in US dollars processed by Stripe. Funds are added after payment confirmation. At zero balance, new message processing, sending, calls, and ordinary event delivery pause. Operations already paid for may finish; safety signals and account recovery remain available. Unpaid inbound traffic is not automatically replayed after a top-up. Accepted operations are billed even if the provider later reports failure. A payment reversal can also pause service. See transaction pricing for details. Add sufficient funds to resume; prepaid credit is not a guarantee of provider authorization or availability.

Communications and data

You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent and ensuring you have permission to process conversation data. Connectors stores operational conversation records needed for delivery, policy checks, and troubleshooting. Use the documented data-management controls for records you are authorized to manage.
