Delivery receipts and retries of the same operation are not charged again. A provider failure after acceptance still counts as a platform transaction. An inbound event consumed by two independent client apps counts once for each app.
Provider, carrier, number rental, WhatsApp template, transcription and AI charges are separate and are not settled from this platform wallet. Provider limits and approvals still apply. This is not a bundled telecom or AI-agent plan.

Every newly verified self-service account receives $10 once: enough for 2,000 messages, 500 basic call starts, or a mix of both.
Choose $10, $25, $50 or $100, or enter a custom amount from $10 to $1,000 USD, including cents. Pay securely through Stripe. There is no automatic recharge. Credits become available only after the payment is verified.
At zero, new traffic and ordinary event delivery pause. Requests already paid for may finish; safety signals such as opt-outs, delivery receipts and call termination are still processed. Billing access remains available so you can top up.
Messages arriving during a pause are not automatically replayed after recharge. Provider retries and messaging windows determine what can be recovered.
